Items purchased online can be returned for store credit ONLY.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date and items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All sale merchandise is final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please include your packing slip with your return.

When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you’re returning and include the reason for return.

If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:

  • Name
  • E-Mail
  • Order Number
  • Item(s) Description
  • Reason for Return.

If your order arrives and is incorrect, please contact us by email at taosmtncandles@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Be sure to include any information such as what is incorrect, what you should have received, your email and order number.

We will do our best to fix the issue.

If you believe that you have received a flawed or broken item, please contact us by email at taosmtncandles@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving.

Send us an email with a photo of the flaw or break and your order number.

If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the item we can only assume the damage is from wear.

Exchanges are limited to the merchandise we have on hand.

Please contact us taosmtncandles@gmail.com to initiate an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged merchandise.
